Annaatthe Wrap: Superstar Rajinikanth Returns To Chennai In A Private Jet From Hyderabad; Welcomed With An Aarti - WATCH

Superstar Rajinikanth had been in Hyderabad for a while shooting for his upcoming film Annatthe. The film is helmed by siva and produced by Kalanithi Maran. It was in the month of December last year that the shooting of the film had reportedly come to a halt due to the outbreak of Coronavirus on the sets. Later, in April the team resumed its shoot and has been working on it since then. Now, the news is that Rajinikanth has wrapped the shooting of Annaatthe and has headed back home.

A few picture of the legendary star boarding a private jet in Chennai have surfaced on the web. In the pictures, we see Rajinikanth dressed in his signature white kurta and pajama whilst holding a bag. A video of Rajinikanth reaching home has also made its way to the internet. The video sees the superstar being greeted with an aarti as he reaches his home in Chennai. What a warm welcome.

As per the reports, Rajinikanth is expected to dub for Annaatthe in Chennai itself. The film is scheduled to release in the month of Diwali this year. However, given the Coronavirus situation in India, it remains to be seen if the film witnesses a delay in its release. Annaatthe also stars Nayanthara, Keerthy Suresh, Meena, Khusbu, Soori, Sathish, George, and many others in pivotal roles.
